What works we do?

We help to our Customers to apply for different funding programs and provide project administration services.

Application preparation works include:

 
  • Identification of project problems;
  • Formation of project ideas;
  • Preparation of an investment project, business plan or feasibility study;
  • Preparation of application documentation by requirements of the institution administering Fund;
  • Formation of the project budget;
  • Communication with the institution administering funding during the evaluation of the application.

Project administration works include:

  • Preparing an activity plan for the entire project implementation period;
  • Preparing a schedule for submitting payment requests;
  • Preparing and coordinate the procurement plan with institution administering funding;
  • Help to implement public procurement procedures, participate in the meetings of securities commissions;
  • Managing the project finances or consult the project financier on project administration issues;
  • Analyzing that the costs incurred by the client are recognized as eligible for funding;
  • Prepare letters and answers to the inquiries for the funding administering institution;
  • Help to promote the project in accordance with the established requirements;
  • Control the implementation of project activities with compliance of the application;
  • Prepare interim and final reports during the project implementation period;
  • During the control period we prepare annual reports and other additional documents that must be submitted to the funding administering institution;
  • Other activities agreed with Customer.
