The Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is quality management tool developed for public sector to enhance their performance. It is based on nine criteria allowing to assess the results of performance: leadership, strategy and planning, human resource management, partnership and resources, process management, client based results, human based results, society based results and performance based results.

In the course of implementation, we select members of self assessment groups, arrange training workshops, individual assessment, discuss the results of self-assessment, and prepare plan for performance enhancement.
